About Company Co-Founder Brian Woods

Brian’s career began as a security supervisor. After a few years of the typical 40-hour work week, he’d reached his breaking point and sought out a career where he could be his own boss and make the kind of money he knew he deserved.

Turns out his dreams were in real estate investment. He admits that he learned many lessons the hard way, but since establishing himself in the industry he has become a well-known real estate expert and the “go-to” guy for other aspiring real estate investors.

Brian has taken all of his experiences in real estate and poured them into the M2I products to help other aspiring real estate professionals reach their dreams of independent wealth and success.

About Company Co-Founder Gilbert Miller

Before becoming an independent real estate investor, Gilbert worked as a loan broker for 15 years. He saw first-hand the kind of money that was passed back and forth between real estate buyers and sellers, which is exactly why he decided to venture out on his own.

Since becoming a real estate investor, Gilbert has never looked back. He enjoys his career and independent success so much that he jumped at the opportunity to educate other men and women interested in real estate investment. While he understands that times might be tough now, he also understands that things are about to change for the better, and he can’t wait to see his customers find the success he’s found too.

About Company Co-Founder David Kline 

David Kline has worked closely with Motivated 2 Invest co-founder Brian Woods on several lucrative real estate projects. Together they found properties in Atlanta and Minneapolis where they purchased, rehabilitated, and then sold the homes to earn a great return on investment.

David is living proof that the “four M” philosophy of motivating and managing to make money truly can bring success in real estate investment. With over 30 years of real estate experience, he understands both the business side of real estate investment as well as the personal motivation it takes to be successful.

David first began working as a realtor in 1979 and received a degree in business administration from Cal Poly Pomona in 1981. He is a graduate of the Realtor Institute, evidence that he is committed to professionalism and providing every level of support for clients. In 2003, he went on to get his real estate broker license as well.

Throughout his career, David has strived to do his best both for his clients and for himself as an investor. He earned most sales awards for his office in 1988 and 1989 including a “Top Agent” for the Azusa/Glendora Board of Realtors in December 1989.

Currently, David helps clients with property investment, manages several of his own rental properties, and is an author of the forthcoming M2I ebook, The Right Realtor Can Make You Rich, which will be available February of 2010.

David lives in Southern California where he enjoys the sunshine and his strong network of friends and professional peers. He is a religious science practitioner for the Centers for Spiritual Living, and he practices the “Law of Attraction,” as taught by the Agape International Spiritual Center where he ushers and plays the Native American Flute for their meditations.
